ABOUT THE JAMES BALDWIN PROJECT

An Interactive Literary Experience

Curated By Charles Reese

The James Baldwin Project is a collection of signature literary presentations and performance readings, coupled with an open audience discussion that explores race relations.

The interactive experience will feature dramatic excerpts from Howard B. Simons, Off-Broadway short play

"James Baldwin: A Soul on Fire".

The National James Baldwin Literary Society has celebrated and promoted the book, whose release in 2012 coincides with the 25th anniversary of Baldwin's death.
